IN 2021, MIRACLES HAPPEN PROVIDED ADDICTION RECOVERY SERVICES TO 62 MEN. OF THE 62 MEN, 10 COMPLETED THE ONE YEAR PROGRAM; 24 WERE STILL IN THE PROGRAM AT YEAR END; AND 28 LEFT PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM. OVER 9000 HOURS OF DIRECT CARE WERE PROVIDED WHICH INCLUDED HOUSING, THREE MEALS PER DAY FOR EACH RESIDENT, SNACKS, INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SESSIONS WITH CERTIFIED ADDICTION COUNSELORS, GROUP COUNSELING SESSIONS, BIBLE STUDIES LED BY VOLUNTEER PASTORS, ANGER MANAGEMENT COUNSELING, RELAPSE PREVENTION COUNSELING, SHOPLIFTING PREVENTION, AND AFTERCARE SUPPORT. THE PANDEMIC CONTINUES TO CREATE COMMUNICATION CHALLENGES. THE USE OF SEVERAL TELEHEALTH PLATFORMS HAS BEEN NEEDED TO PROVIDE PROGRAM SERVICES.
