STANDARD LEASE - TO SIMPLIFY AND STANDARDIZE THE APARTMENT LEASE ON FLORIDA, FAA AND NAA HAVE DEVELOPED A STANDARD LEASE FOR THE USE OF FLORIDA MULTIHOUSING OWNERS NAD MANAGERS. ONLY MEMBERS OF FAA MAY PURCHASE AND USE THE SITE LICENSE TO PREPARE LEASES EFFICIENTLY AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LATEST LEGISLATION.
EDUCATION CONFERENCE - FAA'S ANNUAL EDUCATION CONFERENCE & TRADE SHOW PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE LOCAL ASSOCIATIONS. THIS IS ONE OF THE PREMIER STATE MULTI-HOUSING INDUSTRY EVENTS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA, BRINGING IN STATE AND NATIONAL SPEAKERS.
ALL OTHER REGISTRATION, SCHOLARSHIPS, SPONSORSHIPS, AND FEES. THE ASSOCIATION PARTNERS WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND BUREAU OF TOBACCO FREE FLORIDA TO EDUCATE OWNERS AND MANAGERS OF FLORIDA PROPERTIES ON SMOKE-FREE POLICIES AND ISSUES. INFORMATIONAL PRESENTATIONS ARE HELD AT LOCAL AFFILIATES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO HELP THE AFFILIATES ADOPT AND ADMINISTER SMOKE-FREE POLICIES AND TO HELP THEM ACHIEVE SMOKE-FREE CERTIFICATIONS FOR THEIR RESPECTIVE PROPERTIES. THE ASSOCIATION HAS RECEIVED GRANTS FROM THE STATE GOVERNMENT TO HELP WITH THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS PROGRAM TO IT'S MEMBERS.
