AAVISHKAAR USA STRIVES TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, BASIC NEEDS, AND JOB SKILLS SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG WOMEN IN UNDERSERVED AREAS OF INDIA, TEACHING DIRECTLY THROUGH CLASSES AND CAMPS, AS WELL AS WORKING TO DEVELOP SCHOOL CURRICULUM IN MATH AND SCIENCE PROGRAMS. THE ORGANIZATION HELPS SPONSOR GIRLS IN THE NARI GUNJAN PROGRAM AND IN INDIA, AND SUPPORTS CAREER TRAINING FOR YOUNG WOMEN, LEADING TO ECONOMIC STABILITY FOR INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES.

IN COORDINATION WITH ROTARY CLUBS, THIS PROJECT WILL BE SUPPORTING KARAM MARG, THAT SERVES A COMMUNITY OF CHILDREN WHO ARE SEPARATED FROM THEIR FAMILIES FOREVER. EITHER THEY HAVE BEEN LOST OR PARENTS HAVE PASSED AWAY. THE CHILDREN LIVE IN A COMMUNITY HOME BEING RUN BY KARAM MARG IN FARIDABAD, HARYANA. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO RUNS "JUGAAD" LAB, A LIVELIHOOD AND RECYCLING PROGRAM THROUGH WHICH THEY UPCYCLE MATERIAL IN VARIOUS USABLE PRODUCTS AND SELL IT IN THE MARKET. THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE HELPED IN SEVERAL AREAS: 1. VIDEOS IN HINDI LANGUAGE FOR MATH AND SCIENCE WHICH CAN BE WATCHED AT THE STUDENTS' PACE. 2. TEACHING SUPPORT TO CHILDREN OF GRADE 3 TO 5 IN MATH AND SCIENCE. 3. STUDENTS CAMP AT AAVISHKAAR FOR 15 STUDENTS. 4. PRACTICAL MATH AND BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS CAMP AT AAVISHKAAR FOR 7 PEOPLE WORKING IN THE "JUGAAD" LAB SO THAT THEY CAN RUN THEIR SMALL-SCALE PRODUCTION UNIT EFFICIENTLY AND INTEGRATE COMPUTERS IN THEIR UNIT BY UPSKILLING THEMSELVES.
