WORK AT IT ADDRESSES THE PROBLEM OF AT-RISK YOUTH BY FACILITATING PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS FOR HOW TO SPEND THEIR DAYS, BY HELPING THEM FIND EMPLOYMENT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HELPING THEM STAY WITH IT.
