THE MISSION OF CLEVELAND PLATFORM TENNIS FOUNDATION IS TO ADVANCE PLATFORM TENNIS GROWTH IN NE OHIO BY INCREASING PUBLIC ACCESS AND AWARENESS, TO SUPPORT LIFELONG ENGAGEMENT IN THE SPORT, AND TO PROVIDE FOR AREA YOUTH A FOCUS ON ACADEMIC SUCCESS, HEALTHY HABITS AND CHARACTER BUILDING.

CLEVELAND PLATFORM TENNIS FOUNDATION IS RAISING FUNDS TO BUILD THE FACILITY TO SERVICE THE PUBLIC AND FULFILL OUR MISSION. CURRENTLY ALL FUNDS TO BUILD THE COURTS HAVE BEEN RAISED. MORE IS NEEDED FOR THE SCHOOL HOUSE AND THAT FUND RAISING EFFORT IS ONGOING. THE SCHOOL HOUSE WAS COMPLETED IN JUNE 2022.
FLATS PLATFORM TENNIS CENTER IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. INSTRUCTORS ARE PROVIDED FOR ALL TO LEARN TO PLAY PLATFORM TENNIS. THIS SPORT PROMOTES A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE BY PROVIDING EXERCISE, SOCIAL EXPERIENCES AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES AND SKILL LEVELS.
CLEVELAND PLATFORM TENNIS FOUNDATION OPENED A YOUTH PROGRAM FOR THE GREATER CLEVELAND AREA. THE AFTER SCHOOL AND SUMMER PROGRAM PROVIDES INSTRUCTION TO MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL AGE STUDENTS. THE PROGRAM OFFERS HEALTHY LIFESTYLE EXPERIENCES THROUGH EXERCISE, SOCIAL INTERACTION AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY.
