AS THESE ARE EARLY-STAGE STARTUPS THERE ARE NO EXPECTATIONS OF REPAYMENT OF LOANS AND ACCORDINGLY, THE LOANS ARE EXPENSED WHEN DEEMED NOT TO BE COLLECTIBLE. DURING THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021, OGS PROVIDED SUPPORT OF $35,000 TO MASSACHUSETTS INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, ANOTHER KEY PARTNER TO THE BRANDEIS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM, IN SUPPORT OF ITS OPERATING COSTS AND CO-SPONSORING VENTURES LAUNCHED DURING THE FELLOWSHIP.
