IN-HOME SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE ASSISTANCE WITH PERSONAL CARE SUCH AS BATHING, DRESSING AND TOILETING, ASSISTANCE WITH HOMEMAKING, GROCERY SHOPPING AND LAUNDRY.
