IN 2022, PKNYC RESCUED 878 ADULT CATS & DOGS, KITTENS AND PUPPIES, PROVIDING THEM WITH SPAY/NEUTER SERVICES, MEDICAL ATTENTION AND FOSTER CARE. PKNYC PROCESSED 557 ADOPTIONS AND RECEIVED $92,145 IN ADOPTION FEES. ANOTHER 134 CATS WERE TRAPPED, SPAYED/NEUTERED AND RETURNED BACK TO AREAS WHERE THEY HAD CARETAKERS TO FEED AND CARE FOR THEM. THIRTY-THREE CATS WERE RELOCATED THROUGH THE PKNYC BARN CAT PROGRAM FROM WHICH $4,325 IN FEES WERE COLLECTED. PKNYC WAS ALSO PAID $4,000 BY A LOCAL BUSINESS FOR PROVIDING TRAPPING SERVICES ON ONE OF THEIR PROPERTIES. ADDITIONALLY, THE ANIMAL CONTROL CENTER OF NY PAID PKNYC $250 IN STIPENDS FOR ANIMALS RESCUED FROM THE ACC'S SHELTERS. BOARDING FEES TOTALING $100 WERE ALSO COLLECTED IN 2022.
