BY LEVERAGING ITS NATIONWIDE NETWORK OF LITIGATORS, THE CENTER FOR AMERICAN LIBERTY ZEALOUSLY ADVOCATES ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUALS WHOSE FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS HAVE BEEN CENSORED AND WHO ARE VICTIMS OF ILLEGAL DISCRIMINATION.

THE CENTER FOR AMERICAN LIBERTY IS AT THE FOREFRONT OF THE MOVEMENT TO DEFEND FREE SPEECH AND CIVIL LIBERTIES PROTECTED UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. BUILDING OFF ITS THREE SUPREME COURT VICTORIES IN 2021, THE CENTER FOR AMERICAN LIBERTY DEFENDED THE RIGHTS OF PARENTS WHOSE CHILDREN WERE BEING SOCIALLY "TRANSITIONED," ABSENT PARENTAL CONSENT OR NOTIFICATION, BY PUBLIC SCHOOLS; DEFENDED THE RIGHTS OF YOUNG GIRLS WHO WERE SURGICALLY "TRANSITIONED," BY GENDER CLINICS, WITHOUT INFORMED CONSENT; AND DEFENDED THE FREE SPEECH RIGHTS OF PARENTS TO SPEAK OUT AT SCHOOL BOARD MEETINGS. THE CENTER FOR AMERICAN LIBERTY ALSO FOUGHT BIG TECH CENSORSHIP AND ADVOCATED FOR RELIGIOUS FREEDOM, IN COURTS ACROSS AMERICA.
