MARIN AGING AND DISABILITY INSTITUTE (MADI), BASED IN SAN RAFAEL CA, WAS FOUNDED IN JUNE 2018 AS A NONPROFIT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. THE INSTITUTE WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING TITLE TO THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AT 70 SKYVIEW TERRACE IN SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA. MADI IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING, OPERATING, AND LEASING THE PROPERTY IN ORDER TO PRINCIPALLY HOUSE PUBLIC AGENCIES, COMMUNITY FOCUSED ORGANIZATIONS, AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS THAT PROVIDE SERVICES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND THOSE IN NEED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AGING, DISABILITY, HEALTH, EDUCATION, HOUSING, AND HUMAN SERVICES.
