THE EMERGENCY RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (ERAP) PAYS LANDLORD AND UTILITY COMPANIES FOR UNPAID BILLS ON BEHALF OF ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS IN WYOMING. THIS PROGRAM HAS ASSISTED 530 HOUSEHOLDS IN CONVERSE COUNTY, WYOMING.
OTHER PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY ON THE PART OF CLIENTS AND ASSIST THEM TO IMPROVE THEIR FINANCIAL SITUATION.
HOUSING STABILITY SERVICES (HSS) FUNDING IS AIMED AT HELPING ELIGIBLE OLDER ADULTS AND ADULTS OF ANY AGE WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH SERVICES SUCH AS: HOME MODIFICATION THAT INCREASE ACCESSIBILITY AND SAFETY, TRAILER/MOBILE HOME REPAIRS ON RENTED LOTS, HOMEMAKING SERVICES SUCH AS CHORES AND CLEANING, PERSONAL CARE - SKILLED NURSING SERVICES, NON-MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION, PERSONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY HARDWARE GRANTS FOR A VIDEO- AND AUDIO-ENABLED DEVICE, INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS, AND HOARDING SERVICES.
