TWO ARE IN BILLINGS, MT, WHICH HAS 149 UNITS COMBINED; 40 UNITS IN TORRINGTON, WY AND 16 UNITS IN SHERIDAN, WY. 2. CORRECTIONAL SERVICES - VOLUNTEERS OF AMERICA IS COMMITTED TO DEMONSTRATING POSITIVE OUTCOMES OF CORRECTIONS PROGRAMS AND EDUCATING AND INFORMING THE PUBLIC ABOUT COMMUNITY-BASED ALTERNATIVES TO INCARCERATION AND FACTORS THAT LEAD TO SUCCESSFUL REHABILITATION.
