SEVERAL PRE-CONFERENCE OPPORTUNITIES WERE OFFERED FOR CTE TEACHERS THAT RESULTED IN EARNING COLLEGE AND PTSB CREDIT AS WELL AS LEARNING NEW INFORMATION THAT THEY COULD BRING INTO THEIR CLASSROOMS. SEVERAL INDUSTRY BUSINESS HAVE JOINED WACTE AS CORPORATE MEMBERS TO SUPPORT CTE IN WYOMING AND HAVE ALSO PROVIDED SPONSORSHIP CONTRIBUTIONS TO SUPPORT THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AT SUMMER CONFERENCE INVOLVED CONFERENCE SESSIONS FOR CTE TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS AND COUNSELORS; $400 WAS USED TO PURCHASE AWARDS FOR CTE TEACHERS; $400 PAID FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TO WYOMING BUSINESS ALLIANCE; $1,500 GIVEN TO SKILLS USA AS DONATION FROM WTEA; $2,000 DONATION TO DECA FROM WMEA; CONTRACT SERVICES: $23,258 TO LOBBYIST; $8,000 TO EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR; $1,000 TO WEB MASTER; SUMMER CONFERENCE PROGRAM EXPENSES WERE $23,862; OPERATION EXPENSES WERE $6,163; TRAVEL CONFERENCE EXPENSES $4,812.
