Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
TROOPERS DRUM & BUGLE CORPS, INC. SPONSORS A DRUM AND BUGLE CORPS OPEN TO PEOPLE UP TO AGE 21. THE GOAL OF THE CORPS IS TO PROVIDE AN EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY THAT PROMOTES HONOR, LOYALTY, DEDICATION, PRIDE, TEAMWORK AND SELF-CONFIDENCE. CORPS MEMBERS ARE PROVIDED INSTRUMENTS, UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT, PROPS & INSTRUCTION. THE CORPS ALSO PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION, FOOD & HOUSING FOR TOURS AND COMPETITIONS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA. APPROXIMATELY 150 PEOPLE ARE IN THE CORPS. ALL FUNDS CONTRIBUTED TO TROOPERS DRUM & BUGLE CORPS ARE USED TO ENHANCE PROGRAMS. GENERALLY THERE ARE NO RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON CONTRIBUTIONS.
