THE D & T FISH FOUNDATION HOSTS FISHING EVENTS FOR UNDERPRIVILEGED KIDS AT AADT LAND HOLDINGS PRIVATE POND LOCATED WITHIN THE ST. VRAIN STATE PARK IN LONGMONT, COLORADO. D & T PROVIDES ALL FISHING SUPPLIES AND REFRESHMENTS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS. THE MONTHLY EVENTS ARE NORMALLY HELD FROM JULY TO OCTOBER. THE AVERAGE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IS NORMALLY FOUR TO SIX CHILDREN. THE FOUNDATION SUSPENDED ALL FISHING ACTIVITIES IN 2021 DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.THE FOUNDATION REPLACED THE 2021 FISHING PROGRAM WITH RAISING AND RELEASING 300 PHEASANTS INTO CONSERVATION. IT IS UNDECIDED IF THE PHEASANT PROGRAM WILL CONTINUE IN 2022.
