WE MENTORED 195 RANGERS AND DEVELOPED UNIQUE PROGRAMS. WE MENTORED AND IMPLEMENTED IN TEAM LEADERSHIP, PROBLEM SOLVING AND INTEGRITY BUILDING FOR KEY WILDLIFE PROTECTION UNITS. WE DESIGNED, DELIVERED AND MENTORED A BOAT AND MARINE UNIT TO PROTECT AN ISLAND WHERE POACHERS HAVE BEEN DECIMATING WILDLIFE. WE IMPLEMENTED THE FIRST-EVER-OF-ITS-KIND K9 UNIT IN MALAWI TO PROTECT THE NEWLY INTRODUCED RHINO POPULATION. WE WORKED WITH TOP EQUIPMENT AND GEAR COMPANIES TO DELIVER GAME CHANGING CAPABILITIES TO RANGERS ON THE FRONTLINES OF THE RHINO WAR. THIS HAS ALREADY HAD A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT AND POACHERS ARE ON THE RUN. WE BEGAN EQUIPPING AND DEVELOPING A BRAND-NEW SPECIAL OPS UNIT DESIGNED TO GO AFTER SYNDICATES AND POACHING THREATS ON THE SOUTHERN TIP OF AFRICA. WE IMPLEMENTED LOW-LIGHT AND OTHER TARGETED CAPABILITIES FOR RANGERS IN 5 PARKS. WE DELIVERED HUNDREDS OF PAIRS OF BOOTS, SHOES, JACKETS, TORCHES AND OTHER VALUABLE RANGER EQUIPMENT. WE DELIVERED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND PROVIDED RELATED SKILLS TRAINING.
