FOR THE GOVERNMENT, THE ORGANIZATION WORKS WITH THE NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCIES TO IDENTIFY AND DEFINE THEIR CURRENT TECHNOLOGY GAPS. UTILIZING DESIGN THINKING METHODOLOGIES, S2MARTS HELPS THE GOVERNMENT BETTER UNDERSTAND WHAT THEIR PROBLEM IS AND THEN REFINES THEIR PROBLEM STATEMENT IN A MANNER THAT CAN BE UNDERSTOOD OUTSIDE GOVERNMENT CIRCLES. S2MARTS THEN ENGAGES STRATEGIC PARTNERS AND NETWORKS TO IDENTIFY POTENTIAL TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS. ONCE A MATCH IS MADE, THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES TO MANAGE THE PROJECT THROUGH DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND FIELDING.
