PROGRAM ADVOCATES (STAFF) WORK TO ENROLL FAMILIES AND COMPLETE UPDATED INTAKE PROCESSES WITH WAITLIST YOUTH. THEY ALSO RECRUIT, SCREEN, COMPLETE REFERENCE CHECKS, AND PROCESS MENTOR APPLICATIONS, AND CONDUCT EARLY EVALUATIONS FOR ALL PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS. PROGRAM ADVOCATES CONDUCT ONGOING MONITORING AND SUPPORT FOR MATCHES IN ACCORDANCE TO BEST PRACTICES IN THE FIELD OF MENTORING AND WORK TO POSITIVELY CLOSE AND TRANSITION MATCHES.
