WE HAVE INFORMALLY HAD EDUCATIONAL AND CREATIVE POSSIBILITY CONVERSATIONS WITH INDIVIDUAL ARTISTS, CULTURAL PRACTITIONERS, SEVERAL SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS ABOUT USING MEDIA. AS OF MARCH 17,2023 THE OFFICERS OF EXPLORE MEDIA HAVE AGREED TO CREATE A HAWAIIAN MEDIA PROJECT PROPOSAL SURROUNDING WORLD SURF LEAGUE (WSL) EVENTS IN HAWAI'I. THE VP OF DEVELOPMENT OBTAINED PERMISSION FROM WSL TO BE A NON-FINANCIAL PARTNER TO DO SO. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF SUBMITTING SOLICITATION FORMS IN HAWAI'I. WE ARE CREATING THE PROPOSAL NOW.
