THE MISSION OF THE CSPPA FALLEN OFFICER RELIEF FUND (F.O.R.F.) IS TO PROVIDE IMMEDIATE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PIKES PEAK REGION LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WHO HAVE BEEN CATASTROPHICALLY INJURED OR KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY. ASSISTANCE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT CASH CONTRIBUTIONS TO OFFICERS AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS, TRANSPORTATION AND LOCAL HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS, MEALS, AND THE PROVISION OF MISCELLANEOUS SUNDRIES.BEGINNING IN AUGUST 2018, DUE TO EXTENSIVE COMMUNITY, NATIONWIDE, AND INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT, THE FUND DISTRIBUTED OVER $76,000 IN DESIGNATED DONOR FUNDS. THE FUND CONTINUES TO PROVIDE ONGOING SUPPORT PER ITS MISSION.
