ENGAGE NURSES IN LIFE-CHANGING LEADERSHIP THROUGH ITS MEMBER PROGRAMS AND ANNUAL SUMMIT.
IN 2022, THE ORGANIZATION LAUNCHED A FELLOWSHIP THAT WILL HELP TO ENSURE A PIPELINE OF NURSE LEADERS IS DEVELOPED AND SUSTAINED IN ORDER FOR NURSING TO BE FULL PARTNERS IN DECISION MAKING RELATED TO THE HEALTH OF OUR POPULATION AND OUR HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. THE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM CONTINUED INTO 2023 WITH 17 FELLOWS.
