FALL SUMMIT: THE FALL SUMMIT BRINGS TOGETHER THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS, SENIOR-LEVEL STAFF, PRESIDENTS, INCUMBENT VOLUNTEER LEADERS, AND OTHER KEY STAFF OR VOLUNTEERS OF THE NURSING ORGANIZATIONS ALLIANCE (NOA) MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS TO INSPIRE AND DEVELOP LEADERS IN THE COMMUNITY OF NURSING ORGANIZATIONS.


NURSING ALLIANCE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY: THE PROGRAM'S OVERALL OBJECTIVE IS TO PROVIDE CONSISTENT, EFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE LEADERSHIP EDUCATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WITHIN NURSING ORGANIZATIONS. CONTENT AND LEARNING EXPERIENCES WILL ASSIST LEADERS ON THEIR JOURNEY OF DEVELOPMENT AND REFINEMENT OF THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NECESSARY TO GOVERN AND LEAD THEIR ORGANIZATIONS EFFECTIVELY.
