IN 2022, DDPS ANNUAL RESEARCH WAS EXPANDED UPON TO INCLUDE THE STUDY OF 150 U.S. BALLET COMPANIES,THE LARGEST SET TO DATE. IN TOTAL, OUR RESEARCH TEAM HAS RELEASED 22 REPORTS, SEVEN OF WHICH WERE PUBLISHED IN 2022.
DDP ANNOUNCED THE FIRST-EVER GENDER EQUITY INDEX (GEI) FOR THE U.S. DANCE INDUSTRY. WE CREATED A PROPRIETARY ALGORITHM WHICH, BASED ON THE COMPANYS TRANSPARENCY AROUND POLICIES, PAY, AND PRACTICES, DETERMINES THE COMPANYS EQUITY SCORE.
INITIATED INTERVIEW SERIES MOVING FORCES: MOTHERHOOD IN DANCE SERIES HIGHLIGHTS CONVERSATIONS WITH WORKING MOTHERS IN VARYING ROLES IN THE DANCE FIELD TO DISCUSS THEIR PERSONAL EXPERIENCES, WORK-LIFE BALANCE, AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO CREATE AN INCREASINGLY INCLUSIVE DANCE ECOSYSTEM.
