TO PROVIDE THE FIRST PEDIATRIC SKILLED NURSING FACILITY IN THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI THAT NOT ONLY HELPS CHILDREN AND FAMILIES TRANSITION FROM THE HOSPITAL BACK TO THEIR HOMES, BUT ALSO PROVIDES LONG-TERM CARE FOR SOME OF THE STATE'S MOST VUNERABLE PEDIATRIC PATIENTS.

TRANSFER OF REMAINING ASSETS AND CASH IN ORDER TO SUPPORT THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A NEW PEDIATRIC SKILLED NURSING, PALLIATIVE CARE AND RESPITE FACILITY FOR SEVERELY DISABLED AND/OR CHRONICALLY ILL CHILDREN; TO PROMOTE AND RAISE AWARENESS OF THE FACILITY; TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO THE FAMILIES OF SEVERELY DISABLED PERSONS RECEIVING SERVICES AT THE FACILITY; TO SUPPORT OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS WORKING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE FACILITY; AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
