THE GOAL OF THE PROGRAM IS TO ASSIST THESE WOMEN IN FINDING CAREERS AND HOUSING IN THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY BY PROVIDING THEM WITH EXTENSIVE TRAINING IN TOPICS INCLUDING FAIR HOUSING, LEASING, MARKETING, SERVING NOTICES, AND TERMINATING THE TENANCY.
