SUN VALLEY TOUR DE FORCE, JULY 22-24, 2021, IS THREE DAYS OF EVENTS FOR CAR ENTHUSIASTS, SPONSORS AND GUESTS. HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE RUNS WITH NO-SPEED LIMIT AT PHANTOM HILL, THE HUCKLEBERRY DRIVE FROM KETCHUM TO SMILEY CREEK LODGE, HOSTED SPONSOR EVENTS, A CAR SHOW, AND CARS & COMEDY, THE CHIEF FUNDRAISING EVENT OF THE WEEKEND. THE EVENT INCLUDES ENTERTAINMENT, HOSTED BAR, AND A LIVE AUCTION WHICH OFFERS A CHANCE TO BID ON UNIQUE CAR EXPERIENCES, LIKE A TRIP TO THE BMW DRIVING SCHOOL AND A BEHIND-THE-SCENES TOUR AT THE MCLAREN HEADQUARTERS IN THE UK. DURING THE THREE-DAY WEEKEND, SUN VALLEY AND ITS NEIGHBORING TOWN, KETCHUM, ARE AT 100% CAPACITY. THE WEEKEND ATTRACTS PEOPLE FROM ALL OF THE COUNTRY, WITH AT LEAST ONE THING IN COMMON; THEY LOVE CARS. APPROXIMATELY 50 HIGH-SPEED DRIVERS PAY 2195 PER RUN TO DRIVE THEIR CAR AT TOP SPEED ON A CLOSED HIGHWAY SURROUNDED BY THE SAWTOOTH MOUNTAINS. THEY CRAVE EXCITEMENT, EXCLUSIVITY, AND A RELAXING WEEKEND IN A QUAINT, WORLD-CLASS RESORT TOWN. THE HUCKLEBERRY DRIVE IS OPEN TO 75 DRIVERS AND ATTENDED BY THE HIGH-SPEED DRIVERS, SPONSORS AND VISITORS FROM BOISE, SALT LAKE CITY AND NEARBY REGIONS. HOSTED SPONSOR EVENTS AND PRIVATE RIDE & DRIVES ARE GENERALLY LIMITED TO 15-30 PRE-QUALIFIED GUESTS. THE CAR SHOW HAS APPROXIMATELY 150 PARTICIPANT CARS AND THE CARS & COMEDY FUNDRAISER, WILL HOST APPROXIMATELY 200 GUESTS. SUN VALLEY TOUR DE FORCE, PRODUCED BY INTREPID EVENTS, INC., A 501(C)3, AIMS TO CREATE EVENTS THAT OFFER UNIQUE EXPERIENCES FOR LOCALS AND VISITORS AND GIVES BACK TO CAUSES MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN THE COMMUNITY. SUN VALLEY TOUR DE FORCE IS INTREPID EVENTS SIGNATURE EVENT AND IS SUPPORTED BY THE GENEROSITY OF THE FOLLOWING SPONSORS: PORSCHE CARS NORTH AMERICA, PETERSON BMW, SUN VALLEY AUTO CLUB, SINGER VEHICLE DESIGN, RESTORATION RODS, SIMMONS FINE JEWELRY, TAG HEUER, EARLS AUTHENTICS, PAGANI OF BEVERLY HILLS, EXPLORER CONSULTING, HAGERTY, PAYNEWEST, SVPN, LIMELIGHT HOTEL, ALPINE LODGING, BLUE ICE, STELLAR MEDIA AND TYPEE. OUR ORGANIZATION WAS ABLE TO RAISE ENOUGH FUNDS TO CONTRIBUTE 175,000 TO THE BLAINE COUNTY HUNGER COALITION A LOCAL NONPROFIT SERVING COMMUNITY MEMBERS STRUGGLING WITH FOOD INSECURITY.
