OUTREACH: PROVIDING LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIGENT COMMUNITIES LIVING IN MARION COUNTY FACING DRIVERS LICENSE SUSPENSIONS AND IN NEED OF EXPUNGEMENT SERVICES. OUR GOAL IS TO SERVE HOOSIERS LIVING IN LOW-INCOME, HOT SPOT ZONES AND THOSE RE-ENTERING SOCIETY FROM JAIL OR PRISON.


PEER MENTORING: THE ORGANIZATION'S MENTORING MODEL INCLUDES THREE MONTHLY TOUCH POINTS, BARRIER BUSTER ASSISTANCE, AND THE CREATION OF PROSOCIAL COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR ENROLLED PARTICIPANTS. THE ORGANIZATION WORKS SO THAT EVERY MENTEE LEAVES THE PROGRAM FEELING EMPOWERED, SUPPORTED AND CONNECTED TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES.


JOB READINESS: ENSURE THAT PARTICIPANTS ARE EQUIPPED WITH THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO SECURE GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT.
