USING THE MICROCOSM OF A RESIDENTIAL URBAN FARM AS A LEARNING LAB, PARTICIPANTS WORK TOGETHER TO RUN A SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE, GAIN KEY LIFE AND EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS, BUILD PERSONAL RESILIENCE, AND PROVIDE FRESH, HEALTHY FOOD TO THEIR NEIGHBORS.
