RPAC II FOCUSES ON REALTOR ISSUES AND BALLOT CAMPAIGNS IMPACTING THE INDUSTRY AND PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS. RPAC II HAS HAD A SIGNIFICANT IMPACT ON STATEWIDE BALLOT PROPOSALS OVER THE YEARS, INCLUDING THE ELIMINATION OF THE MICHIGAN BUSINESS TAX (MBT), FIGHTING AGAINST INVASIVE EMINENT DOMAIN PROPOSALS, AND REPEALING A PROPOSAL TO TAX SERVICES.
