MARKETING OF DOOR COUNTY. DURING 2023, THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 619,000 ROOM NIGHTS BOOKED. DDC PROVIDES STRATEGIC RESOURCES AND VALUABLE EXPOSURE TO LOCAL BUSINESSES THAT WANT TO TARGET VISITORS AND THEIR DOLLARS. DDC PROVIDES 700+ INDUSTRY PARTNERS WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF SERVICES AND TOOLS DESIGNATED TO MAXIMIZE EXPOSURE TO A VERY LUCRATIVE LEISURE TRAVEL MARKET.
THE COMMUNITY INVESTMENT FUND (CIF) WAS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT INITIATIVES THAT ENHANCE TOURISM INFRASTRUCTURE, CULTURAL PRESERVATION AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR MUNICIPALITIES AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. BY ALLOCATING FUNDS TO PROJECTS THAT ALIGN WITH DOOR COUNTY'S UNIQUE CULTURE AND HERITAGE, THE CIF AIMS TO CREATE A WIN-WIN SCENARIO WHERE TOURISM GROWTH NOT ONLY BENEFITS VISITORS BUT ALSO ENRICHES THE LIVES OF LOCAL RESIDENTS".
