SEED TO TABLE'S MISSION IS TO INCREASE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF THE CENTRAL OREGON COMMUNITY THROUGH PROVIDING EQUITABLE ACCESS TO LOCALLY GROWN, FARM FRESH PRODUCE AND OFFERING OPPORTUNITIES IN FARM BASED EDUCATION.

FROM OUR FOUR-ACRE SUSTAINABLE VEGETABLE FARM, GROW FARM-FRESH PRODUCE FOR FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS AND EQUITABLY DISTRIBUTE IT LOCALLY IN COLLABORATION WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS. IN 2023, WE GREW OVER 100,000 POUNDS OF PRODUCE AND DISTRIBUTED IT TO 2,200 INDIVIDUALS PER WEEK, INCLUDING THROUGH NONPROFIT PARTNERS AND FOOD PANTRIES IN OUR COMMUNITY.


PROVIDE HANDS-ON, FARM-BASED AND IN-SCHOOL EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH FROM PRE-K THROUGH 12TH GRADE TO EMPOWER 1,500 STUDENTS ANNUALLY TO ENGAGE WITH FRESH FOODS AND THE LOCAL FOOD SYSTEM BY PLANTING, GROWING, HARVESTING AND COOKING FRESH VEGETABLES.


PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, INFRASTRUCTURE, AND MANAGEMENT FOR THE SISTERS FARMER'S MARKET, AN ESSENTIAL COMMUNITY GATHERING AND ECONOMIC HUB AND FOOD ACCESS POINT TO STRENGTHEN OUR RURAL ECONOMY AND FOOD SYSTEM BY CONNECTING OREGON FARMERS, RANCHERS, ARTISANS AND SHOPPERS AND PROVIDE ANOTHER 1,000 PEOPLE WEEKLY ACCESS TO LOCAL, FRESH FOOD.
