THEY ARE AVAILABLE INDIVIDUALLY, BUT ARE BEST TAKEN AS A SERIES, WITH THE COMMUNICATIONS PLAYSHOP FIRST, THE THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE MODULE, AND FINALLY USING CONFLICT PRODUCTIVELY.
