ENERGY ASSISTANCE - PROVIDES PAYMENT ASSISTANCE FOR LOW-INCOME CITIZENS TO MEET HEATING & COOLING ENERGY USAGE NEEDS. PAYMENTS ARE FOR EMERGENCY NEEDS OR AS A ONE-TIME ASSISTANCE TO THE INDIVIDUALS ENERGY ACCOUNT.
SELF-SUFFICIENCY - ADMINISTER VARIOUS GOVERNMENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS TO ASSIST IN MOVING THE INDIVIDUALS TOWARD SELF-SUFFICIENCY AND REDUCING OR ELIMINATING THE CAUSES OF POVERTY.
WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE - PROVIDES HOME REPAIRS TO LOW INCOME CITIZENS SUCH AS EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO ALLEVIATE HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES & ENERGY CONSERVATION REPAIR MEASURES.
