THE BILH PHARMACY (PHARMACY) SUPPORTED PATIENTS OF ITS SISTER ENTITIES BETH ISRAEL DEACONESS MEDICAL CENTER, INC. (BIDMC) AND LAHEY CLINIC HOSPITAL (D/B/A LAHEY HOSPITAL & MEDICAL CENTER (LHMC)). THE PHARMACY SUPPORTED THE PATIENTS OF BOTH BIDMC AND LHMC BY PARTICIPATING IN THE FEDERAL 340B DRUG PROGRAM AND PROVIDING BIDMC PATIENTS WITH ACCESS TO MEDICATION REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. THE PHARMACY PROVIDED CLOSE TO $2 MILLION IN DIRECT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS PART OF ITS PATIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
