IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION OFFERS THE ARCHCARE COMMUNITY LIFE PROGRAM AS A MANAGED LONG TERM CARE PROGRAM WHICH PROVIDES MEDICAID COVERED SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS 18 AND OVER. THE COMMUNITY LIFE PROGRAM OPERATES IN ALL FIVE BOROUGHS, WESTCHESTER AND PUTNAM COUNTY.

FOUNDED BY THE CATHOLIC HEALTH CARE SYSTEM OF THE ARCHDIOCESE OF NEW YORK, ARCHCARE SENIOR LIFE IS A PROGRAM OF ALL-INCLUSIVE CARE FOR THE ELDERLY (PACE) THAT SERVES FRAIL ELDERLY IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY, MANHATTAN, BRONX AND STATEN ISLAND WHO ARE ELIGIBLE FOR NURSING HOME CARE BUT CHOOSE TO REMAIN AT HOME WITH ASSISTANCE.
