THE PROPERTIES THAT HOP OWNS AND OPERATES PROVIDED HOUSING TO 34 INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, PAYING RENT BASED ON 1/3 OF THEIR INCOME. IN 2022, SEVERAL HOMES WERE RENOVATED AND/OR MODIFIED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITHIN THEM; THESE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: NEW HVAC SYSTEMS INSTALLED AT TWO PROPERTIES, NEW FLOORING THROUGHOUT TWO HOMES, WHOLE HOME INTERIOR PAINTING AT THREE PROPERTIES, A DRIVEWAY REPLACEMENT, WHOLE HOME WINDOW REPLACEMENT, PLUMBING UPDATES, AND A BATHROOM REMODEL FOR ACCESSIBILITY.
