HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE, INC. (HOP) OWNED 21 HOMES AT THE BEGINNING OF 2022. THE PROPERTIES THAT HOP OWNS AND OPERATES PROVIDED HOUSING TO 34 INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, PAYING RENT BASED ON 1/3 OF THEIR INCOME. IN 2022, SEVERAL HOMES WERE RENOVATED AND/OR MODIFIED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITHIN THEM; THESE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: NEW HVAC SYSTEMS INSTALLED AT TWO PROPERTIES, NEW FLOORING THROUGHOUT TWO HOMES, WHOLE HOME INTERIOR PAINTING AT THREE PROPERTIES, A DRIVEWAY REPLACEMENT, WHOLE HOME WINDOW REPLACEMENT, PLUMBING UPDATES, AND A BATHROOM REMODEL FOR ACCESSIBILITY.
