MULTI USE BUILDING - BUSINESS INCUBATOR - AWARDED DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION PHASE TO 7 DIRECTIONS, A NATIVE OWNED ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING FIRM, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TWO NEW BUILDINGS FOR PLENTY DOORS AND INCUBATED BUSINESSES.CROW MERC BUILDING - COMPLETED RENOVATION OF BUILDING TO ALLOW PLENTY DOORS STAFF TO MOVE INTO OFFICES. GROCERY STORE FEASIBILITY STUDY - COMPLETED PHASE 1 OF GROCERY STORE FEASBILITY STUDY AND STARTED PHASE 2 OF THE FEASIBILITY STUDY. PHASE 2 WILL INCLUDE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND COMMUNITY RESEARCH.
