TAPESTRY FARMS INVESTED IN THE LIVES OF APPROXIMATELY 35 REFUGEE FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY IN THE AREAS OF CITIZENSHIP, EDUCATION, HOUSING, MEDICAL/MENTAL HEALTH CARE, WORK, BASIC NEEDS, AND COMMUNITY.
CONNECT - REFUGEES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR MANY OF THE SAME COMMUNITY SERVICES THAT AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE ELIGIBLE TO ACCESS. TAPESTRY FARMS REMOVES BARRIERS TO SERVICES AND SUPPORTS, AND THEN SUPPORTS WITH DIRECT FUNDING TO ENSURE ACCESS REMAINS.
