JEFFCO PROSPERITY PARTNERS (JPP) SERVES OVER 300 INDIVIDUALS AND PROVIDES 120 COACHING HOURS TO PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS EACH WEEK. 100% OF FAMILIES ARE EXPERIENCING POVERTY UPON ENROLLMENT. WE SERVE OUR COMMUNITY USING 4 AREAS. FIRST, COACHING AND NAVIGATION WHICH IS WHERE WE CONNECT INDIVIDUALS WITH RESOURCES AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO GAIN BETTER EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, AND MENTAL HEALTH CARE, IMPROVE FINANCIAL LITERACY, AND ACHIEVE ECONOMIC SUCCESS. WE ALSO PROVIDE DIRECT ASSISTANCE WHEN UNEXPECTED CRISIS ARISE LIKE JOB LOSS. WE CREATE SOCIAL AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH MONTHLY MEETINGS, CLASSES, AND EVENTS FOR FAMILIES TO CONNECT AND BUILD SOCIAL CAPITAL. LASTLY, JPP USES THE COLORADO FAMILY SUPPORT ASSESSMENT TO ASSESS FAMILY STRENGTHS AND NEEDS, MONITOR PROGRESS TOWARDS FAMILY SELF-RELIANCE AND INDICATE INCREASED CONDITIONS THAT PROTECT CHILDREN AGAINST MISTREATMENT. WE ARE PROUD THAT 90% OF JPP FAMILIES HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE AND ARE UP TO DATE ON THEIR DOCTOR VISITS. 70% OF JPP FAMILIES HAVE AT LEAST ONE MEMBER OF THEIR FAMILY WORKING WITH A THERAPIST. 90% OF JPP STUDENTS GRADUATE ON TIME, ENSURING GRADUATION STARTS WITH EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION. 21% OF JPP FAMILIES ARE ENROLLED IN CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE. 72% OF OUR FAMILIES ARE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED, AND 70% OF JPP FAMILIES GAIN EMPLOYMENT IN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF ENROLLMENT. 70% OF JPP FAMILIES ENGAGE IN FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMMING, AND KNOW THEIR CREDIT SCORE. FAMILIES WHO HAVE BEEN WITH JPP FOR 3 YEARS HAVE ON AVERAGE INCREASED THEIR INCOME BY $32,000 ANNUALLY. ALL OF THESE STATS SHOW OUR ENGAGEMENT IN LONG TERM FAMILY SUCCESS.
