THE PROGRAM IS A MULTI-LEVEL SYSTEM OF EDUCATOR-CENTERED INSTRUCTIONAL COACHING THAT BUILDS TEACHER CAPACITY, INCREASES STUDENT ENGAGEMENT, AND IMPROVES STUDENT AND TEACHER OUTCOMES IN A NON-EVALUATIVE, CONFIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT.
