GROWING AND SUSTAINING GREAT SCHOOLS PARTNERS WITH INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND SCHOOLS TO IMPROVE EXISTING SCHOOLS, SUPPORT THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW SCHOOL MODELS, AND PROVIDE STRATEGIC CONSULTING TO DISTRICT LEADERSHIP TEAMS WITH THE AIM OF INCREASING THE NUMBER OF A&B SCHOOLS IN THEIR DISTRICTS. THIS INCLUDES TRANSFORMING THE QUALITY OF LOW-PERFORMING CAMPUSES THROUGH SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES THAT SUPPORT HIGH-QUALITY CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION. FINALLY, GOOD REASON HOUSTON ALSO WORKS TO ENSURE THAT THERE ARE ENOUGH DIVERSE, SKILLED TEACHERS AND PRINCIPALS POSITIONED TO TRANSFORM THE LOWER PERFORMING CAMPUSES IN THE HOUSTON AREA.
