MULTIPLE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS ARE HELD THROUGHOUT THE STATE. THESE CONFERENCES ARE ATTENDED BY OVER 600 EDUCATORS AND EDTECH PROFESSIONALS. CRITICAL INFORMATION IS DISSEMINATED, TRAINING IS CONDUCTED, AND STATE AND NATIONAL SPEAKERS KEEP ATTENDEES UP TO DATE ON BEST PRACTICES IN REGARDS TO TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION AND CYBERSECURITY. ALSO CONONDUCTED TWO PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS.THIS YEAR, A STATE GRANT WAS USED TO IMPLEMENT ADDITIONAL TRAINING ON CYBERSECURITY AND TO EVALUATE AND ADVISE SYSTEMS ON CYBERSECURITY MEASURES,IN ADDITION, ORGANIZATION MEMBERS PROVIDE SPEAKERS ON EDTECH AND CYBER TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.YEAR-LONG PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION CREDENTIAL PROGRAMS FOR TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION COACHES AND EDUCATORS SERVING AS THE CHEIF TECHNOLOGY OFFICERS. PRESENTATIONS ON CYBERSECURITY AND TECHNICAL TRAINING.
ONLINE PROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION VIA MULTIPLE LISTSERVS, WEBINARS, WEBSITE RESOURCES, DOCUMENT LIBRARIES, AND VIRTUAL MENTORING. THESE RESOURCES ARE USED DAILY BY OVER 500 EDUCATORS AND EDTECH PROFESSIONALS.
