APNA BROOKLYN COMMUNITY CENTER INC. PROVIDED MASKS, SANITIZERS AND CREATED AWARNESS IN THE COMMUNITY ABOUT COVID-19.TEST AND TRACE PROVIDED FUNDS FOR THIS PURPOSE, AND REIMBURSEMENTS FOR THE PREVIOUS YEAR. APNA BROOKLYN HAD TO USE MONEY FROM THEIR POCKET TO COVER SOME OF THE EXPENSES INCURRED. THIS MONEY IS EXPECTED TO BE REIMBURSED IN THE FOLLOWING YEAR.


APNA BROOKLYN COMMUNITY CENTER INC ORGANIZED A MONTH LONG PROJECT FOR RANKED CHOICE VOTING, EDUCATING PEOPLE ABOUT THE NATURE OF RANKED CHOICE VOTING, HOW IT WORKS, AND THE IMPORTANCE OF IT. RANKED CHOICE VOTING PROVIDED 5,000 FOR THIS PURPOSE.

APNA BROOKLYN COMMUNITY CENTER INC PURCHASED HALAL TRUKEY, RICE VEGETABLES, FRUITS AND MILK FOR THE PEOPLE. ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE PEOPLE THROUGH VISA CARDS THROUGH USE OF ROBINHOOD FUNDS.
