COMMUNITY BASED MUNISTRIES. CCHC DELIVERS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES TO SENIOR CITIZENS, CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, MARRIED COUPLES WITH THEIR CHILDREN, RESTAURANT WORKERS AND NEW IMMIGRANTS.
