THE MOST POPULAR OF THE FOUNDATION EVENTS IS "CARING AND CHARING CHRISTMAS" A DECORATED TREE FESTIVAL THAT OCCURS ANNUALLY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY OF RUPERT-CHRISTMAS CITY USA EVENTS DURING THANKSGIVING WEEKEND. PRODUCED BY VOLUNTEERS THE FESTIVAL HELPS CREATE A FUNDING BASE FOR FOUNDATION PROGRAMS. A SPECTACULAR SHOWCASE OF DECORATED TREES, WREATHS, AND OTHER ITEMS FOR SALE, NON-STOP ENTERTAINMENT, A FOOD COURT, AND GIFT SHOP. ADMISSION IS ALWAYS FREE. SPONSOR SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE.
