THE NAMPA HARVEST FESTIVAL ASSOCIATION IS A COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION WHICH PARTNERS WITH THE CITY OF NAMPA AND VARIOUS CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PRODUCTION OF THE ANNUAL SNAKE RIVER STAMPEDE HELD THE THIRD WEEK OF JULY AT THE IDAHO CENTER, A FACILITY OWNED BY THE CITY OF NAMPA, IDAHO. VARIOUS AGREEMENTS EXIST BETWEEN THE NAMPA HARVEST FESTIVAL ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY OF NAMPA WHICH BENEFIT THE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY IN THE CONTINUED IMPROVEMENT OF FACILITIES AT THE IDAHO CENTER AND IDAHO HORSE PARK, BOTH OF WHICH ARE OWNED BY THE CITY OF NAMPA. ASSOCIATION REVENUES COME FROM TICKET AND CONCESSION SALES, SPONSORSHIPS, AND A ROYALTY AGREEMENT.
