GENERAL PROGRAM OR HOME FURNISHING PROGRAM - LIGHTHOUSE HELPS FORMERLY HOMELESS AND LOW-INCOME RESIDENTS TRANSITION TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING. LIGHTHOUSE CONSISTENTLY MOVES AND FURNISHES RESIDENTS' HOMES IN THE COMMUNITY, OFTEN USING LIGHT-USED, DONATED FURNITURE.
WELCOME HOME PROGRAM - LIGHTHOUSE WORKS WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES, CHURCHES, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT FINANCIALLY SPONSOR A DAY OF SERVICE FOR MOVING AND FULLY FURNISH AN INDIVIDUAL'S OR FAMILY'S HOME. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES VOLUNTEERS WHO WORK WITH OUR STAFF AND PROGRAM VOLUNTEERS TO FURNISH THE HOME. THIS PROGRAM WAS SUBSTANTIALLY LIMITED IN 2020 AND 2021 DUE TO THE PANDEMIC.
