THE ORGANIZATION HAS CHAPTERS IN 9 STATES (FLORIDA, GEORGIA, INDIANA, LOUISIANA, NORTH CAROLINA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, VIRGINIA, AND WEST VIRGINIA) TO HELP PEOPLE OBTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION.
