WE ENCOURAGE A MORE PEACEFUL WORLD THROUGH STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS USING THE CIRCLE DISCUSSION MODEL. WE FACILITATE GROUP DISCUSSIONS AND ADDRESS CONFLICT USING RESTORATIVE PROCESSES, AND WE TRAIN COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO FACILITATE THESE RESTORATIVE CIRCLES AS WELL. WE PROVIDE TRAININGS CONSULTING FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN USING RESTORATIVE APPROACHES, INCLUDING K-12 EDUCATORS, PLACES OF WORSHIP, ORGANIZATIONS BUSINESSES. WE ALSO PROVIDE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FOR YOUTH IN AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS AND FOR YOUTH INVOLVED IN THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM.
