AGINNO INSTITUTE CONTINUED ITS FUNDING OF A SENIOR ENGINEERING DESIGN PROJECT AT OLIVET NAZARENE UNIVERSITY FOCUSED ON DEVELOPMENT OF A SOLAR POWER SYSTEM FOR A SCALED DOWN PADDLE AERATOR SYSEM APPROPRIATE FOR SMALL POND INTENSIVE AQUACULTURE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. THIS SOLAR POWER SYSTEM, AND AERATOR, WERE INSTALLED IN A LOCAL SMALL-HOLDER FARMERS TILAPIA POND AND IS FUNCTIONING AS PLANNED. CONTINUED FUNDING OF A SENIOR ENGINEERING DESIGN PROJECT AT NORTHWEST NAZARENE UNIVERSITY FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING A HOUSEHOLD SIZE RECIRCULATING AQUACULTURE SYSTEM - THIS SYSTEM WAS SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED IN OUR SITE IN GUATEMALA. THE NNU TEAM IS CONTINUING THE PROJECT THIS YEAR TO A ADD HYDROPONICS TO THE SYSTEM TO CREATE AN AQUAPONICS DEMONSTRATION FOR REAPPLICATION IN GUATEMALA. AGINNO STARTED A PROJECT WITH A TEAM OF STUDENTS AT MOUNT VERNON NAZARENE UNIVERSITY, FOCUED ON DEVELOPING AN UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE UAV PLATFORM FOR MULTI-SPECTRAL CAMERAS FOR AGRICULTURE USE ASSESSMENT OF CROPS. 4784
